Circles at Agile Collective

Our current circle structure is flat, with all circles reporting directly to the General Circle, which in turn reports to the Members Circle.

How to form a Circle

Note:

The process

  1. Interested parties meet to discuss aim/domain, circle permanence
  2. Take a proposal with your aim and domain to your parent circle
  3. Parent Circle asks for interest in others joining and runs the proposal
  4. If the proposal is passed you can exist as a circle and fulfil your aim/domain
  5. Initial circle meeting will confirm the aim/domain along with: roles & responsibilities, meeting schedule
