Large changes to hours
A regular change of more than 2 hours p/w will need to be shared with the people circle in a timely manner, so they can communicate the change and help you to manage any repercussions that may occur around things like resourcing or circle responsibilities.
Small changes to hours
A regular change of +/- 2 hours does not need a proposal to be passed, it is accepted by default, but does need to still be brought to a People Circle meeting and confirmed as received (with start date agreed) before it can be assumed as okay. This is to ensure resourcing have time to cover any holes as needed.
